The area is nice, the meals is delicious, however the service isn't that good. Whenever we asked help clean the desk for all of us after other customers sit ther, it got very long before cleaning assistance is arrived (which is directly after we repeated inquiring several times). Directly after we dined in, we nevertheless have to await our takeaway purchase for around quarter-hour (we dined set for more than 45 a few minutes, which consisted waiting around the meals arrived for half an hour, and dining a quarter-hour, and it's nevertheless haven't completed the takeaway purchase).

If Hokben isn't prepared to offer made-to-purchase menus (like takoyaki and the wants), they should adhere to a prepared dinner instead! Not just that, the staffs appear busy but no-one actually serve clients standing in range to order their meals. I expect much better from the chain that recognized an award from Planet Branding Awards.

Ordered GoFood out of this famous fast food spot. When I was raised here, the food out of this location used to taste great with reasonable costs. I had a higher expectation for it however, not any more. The pickle's part was inadequate and the fried foods were too oily 😝

If Hokben is not ready to offer made-to-order menus (like takoyaki and the likes), they should stick to a prepared meal instead!
