Came here for xmas eve dinner also it was the worst type of experience ever. The meals was very uncomfortable, i had tummy ache later on, they spend a significant amount of for the gimmick, place sambal on each and every dish, and didn’t value how bad the meals quality was. This type of let down. Just what a waste of period therefore not worth it.

This is a fun eating experience at an excellent price point. Nonetheless it isn't molecular (nor actually gastronomy). It had been food having an interesting presentation. Usually do not expect a Gaggan (Bangkok, Thailand) or real molecular gastronomy experience - you can find just a few spherical twists on meals and emulsifications (and some milk foam) that make an effort to twist your perception on the flavor vs look. The chef and employees clearly have a problem with main course meals and master the desserts or lighter, fun dishes - however the make your personal soup/blend your personal ingredients was neither enjoyable nor had any shock ending... we produced our very own soup at desk. The reviews and pictures show what you come in for, which reveals a menus that has not really transformed and stagnates - a pale shadow of just what a location that expenses itself as a molecular gastronomy location Could possibly be. The mediocre atmosphere and room lost another star; After all we could start to see the meals getting assembled on a desk in the back! Our meats dish was served undercooked (see photos), which might have caused the desk close to ours to depart early.
